For clients who are in the early stages and want clarity, direction, and creative guidance.

This package is ideal for artists, hosts, and organizers who have an idea but need help shaping it into a clear, actionable plan. Together, we’ll lay a strong foundation so you can move forward with confidence.


Includes:

  • Remote consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and priorities
  • Collaborative brainstorming and concept refinement
  • Venue research and referrals aligned with your event needs
  • Vendor recommendations and resource guidance
  • A high-level event timeline and planning checklist

Tier 2: Event Coordination Support

For clients who have a vision and vendors in mind, but want structured coordination and on-site support.

This tier builds upon the planning foundation by adding hands-on coordination and execution support. I help streamline communication, organize details, and ensure the day runs smoothly.

  • Everything included in Tier 1
  • Vendor communication and confirmation support
  • A detailed event timeline and run-of-show
  • Up to 4 hours of on-site coordination, including setup and breakdown assistance

Tier 3: Full-Service Event Management

For clients who want a collaborative partner to manage both planning and execution from start to finish.

This package offers comprehensive support throughout the entire process. From vendor management to day-of execution, I take on the logistics so you can focus on the creative and relational aspects of your event.


Includes:

  • Everything included in Tier 2
  • Full vendor management (contracts, scheduling, and payment coordination)
  • Marketing and promotion support, including basic outreach and flyer or social media templates
  • Up to 6 hours of on-site coordination, including setup and breakdown support
  • Post-event wrap-up checklist, with optional debrief and vendor follow-up

Tier 4: Signature Day-Of Coordination

For clients who have thoughtfully planned their event and want to be fully present on the day itself.

This package is designed for artists and hosts who have handled the planning but want an experienced coordinator to lead execution. Day-of coordination is highly hands-on and detail-driven, requiring adaptability, leadership, and real-time problem solving.

I step in as your on-site point person to ensure the timeline is followed, vendors and staff are aligned, and the experience flows seamlessly from beginning to end.


Includes:

  • Remote consultation to align on expectations and priorities
  • One pre-event planning meeting to review logistics, vendor contacts, staffing, and run-of-show
  • Creation or refinement of a detailed event timeline
  • Primary point of contact for all vendors, staff, and volunteers on event day
  • Oversight of setup, installation, and staging
  • Guest experience and flow management
  • Coordination of program elements (artist talks, performances, panels, receptions, etc.)
  • Management of breakdown and vendor wrap-up, as agreed upon
  • Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination, including setup and breakdown support

Every event is unique. Pricing is thoughtfully tailored to reflect the size, duration, and complexity of your event while honoring your vision and budget.

If we’ve already discussed a budget, I’m always open to working within it 


Typical ranges include:

  • Smaller-scale exhibitions or workshops (3–4 hours, intimate space): typically $350
  • Mid-size exhibitions or workshops (4–6 hours, 50–150 guests): typically $1,000
  • Larger or multi-day exhibitions and programs: starting at $1,800

Event size and tier selection will be priced consistently.

Discounts & Bundle Opportunities:

  • Multi-Day or Multi-Event Bookings:
    Clients booking services across multiple days or events may receive 10% off select packages.
    (Example: Tier 1 for initial planning and Tier 4 for an additional event day.)
  • Repeat Client Appreciation:
    Returning clients receive 20% off future services.
